How to replace icons on Oakley Gascans, Fuel Cells.

- I had no success trying to find a video on UA-cam on how to remove or replace icons on Oakley gascan or Fuel cells. So I figured out the easy way to do it on my own and make history. Here's how to change or replace icons on Oakley Gascan, Oakley Fuel Cell or any pair of Oakleys that have glued icons.
You, my friend, are a lifesaver. I custom ordered a pair of Fuel Cells three years ago, and the actual color of the icons was deceiving and I was disappointed when I got them. You also answered the lenses that I want to replace my scratchy ones with. Thank you for posting this.

Fuel Cells are awesome, I just ordered the London 2012 edition on ebay, it's really simple to change the icons and it gives them a whole new look!

it is actually a WINDOW BLIND HOLDER, I'm just very creative and decided to make use of it since it was just l laying around the house. I sharpened it a little bit with a dremel and it was ready for business. if you don't have one of these things or the tools to make one I encourage you to buy a watch case opener from a local store or go to amazon.com

Hello, if the icons arent sticky, I suggest you use some light adhesive spray, 3M makes many. make sure to use light, in case you decide to remove the icons later, it will be easy to removed them. the 3M light adhesive spray is similar to the adhesive that the oakley icons come with.

Good video. I wanted to get the fuel cell dugatti but it wasnt polarized so i ended up getting the matte black fuel cell. Looks really nice with the red. Nice lenses too. You should do a video on how to change the lenses.

NO, im sorry for the confusion. fuel cell icons will NOT fit gascan frames. the reason why i said "fuel cells, gascan" is because the process is basically the same. I'm glad my video was of help to you.

I have a pair of crystal brown Hijinx and got some custom polarized smokey green lenses for them. I'd love to get a more "stand out" type of "O" icon for them however. Thanks.

Hey do you know if the gascan and crankshaft icons are interchangeable?
I've had both the Gascan and Crankshaft frames. They use the exact same sized logo. I'm just curious where to get replacement logos. The batwolf ones seem to be the only ones with a logo that is designed to be interchangeable. Everything else is glued in.

first you must have an ebay account. if you already do so, just go to ebay and on the right handside of the ebay search bar you should see "advanced" option click on advanced and to your left you go to "find a member" and you enter the user name i provided. xr9274xr. also theres another seller on ebay by the name of ucla9090 he has more options. i hope this helps.
