Ha Giang is the northernmost province of northeastern Vietnam, located between the Northeast and the Northwest. It owns the rocky topography which was officially recognized by UNESCO as a global geological park. With its mountainous terrain divided and ethnic diversity, Ha Giang carry the countless new things about culture, tourism and food.
This trip of is quite long, Khoai will go from Ha Giang City and gradually move to Dong Van, Lung Cu. Each destination Khoai will spend some days staying. Hopefully the small sharing in this video series will bring inspiration to those who intend to travel to the head of Fatherland.
The first day in Ha Giang, Khoai had breakfast by “Lang” duck rice noodle of Tay people in Ban Tuy from Ha Giang city some kms far. After breakfast, Khoai moved by bike to Quan Ba and stayed at house of Mr. Danh family who are Dao Cham* people. In dinner I understood about the "Cha Lao" soup or named "To Chua" soup, ate climb hill chicken and black pork stir fried ginger, simple cooked but very delicious.
Although we have just known each other, they treat me like brothers in family, invited to drink corn wine too much (Women here drink well, I’m loser).

Distinguish with the Red Dao and Dao Ao Dai, the main clothes of the Dao Cham people dyed indigo black.
