It’s a little plastic glue gun stand that came with one of my older glue guns. (I never recommend that glue gun though because it exploded, and I’ve read reviews from other people that say the same thing happened to them). I think a little silicone mat would work great too, though.

I’ve seen UV sprays that you can use. I’ve never used them, so I can’t say how well they work.
