I'm with Selen on this one. Right and left are faster and easier to say, have enough context to understand, and are straight to the point. Ike pointed out that if you use other fingers, the logic still holds up, which I think just supports Selen's argument that it's more efficient.

Okay so, by the same logic, the index finger of our left hand would be the right finger and the middle finger would be the left finger.
But, technically, the finger most to the left in our right hand is the thumb, and probably someone uses or have already used their thumb to click the mouse buttons...
