The game glitching out and mistaking Gale for Karlach... 🤣 _"W-what?_ was the perfect reaction. I half-expected the Narrator to rustle some papers and go, "No, wait, this isn't right... sorry, wrong line!" That should totally be a blooper reel!
thanks for this. I just did an Astarion origin run and it bugged and missed this whole scene. Didn't realise until near the end of my run or I would've restarted to get it.
If you confessed in conversation or bit someone in combat/out of combat while companions are around before having enough long rests (this was my 2nd) negates the entire scene.
it would be good if there were some more unique reactions from companions like being allowed to try to feed on karlach and then dying from burning, or lae'zel just immediately staking you lol
When does this happen? Does it require you to not bite anyone in front of your party? EDIT: I'll start my Astarion run again, to test this theory, I think. EDIT 2: I tested it, and I was correct. For those wondering, basically just don't bite anyone, or otherwise show/tell your companions, until you Long Rest.
Same. Turns out that confessing your vampirism without taking enough long rests bypasses both cutscenes. I assumed that it would negate the surprise-bite scene, which I wanted to skip, but I was really disappointed to find out being honest with my crew was the reason why I missed out on the famous "Astarion/Cazador nightmare scene" :(
Meanwhile my dumbass munched on an intellect devourer as soon as I realized I had the bite ability. Then Shadowheart started freaking out and I remembered "Oh right... That's supposed to be a secret..."
@@SUPERSONICGIRLIFYThe game just tends to not allow you to revive someone when you yourself make the choice to kill them or cause their death in a story event。
Tav is revivable but yes, when you're playing as Astarion anyone he/you kill while drinking doesn't seem to be revivable as it was your active choice through a story driven cutscene to have it happen. At least I assume that's the logic behind it.

Well, both Gale and Karlach have disgusting blood? So I guess they are similar lol.
@@psivampire13Karlach’s isn’t disgusting, it’s piping hot. I bet if she had her heart, Astarion would like her blood.
Okay but Astarion in Lae'zel's bikini-plate for the disadvantage was hilarious.
YOU PASTY GHOUL im dying
Honestly laezel has one of the most open minds in the game.
thanks for uploading this!
I love the part when Karla turns into Gale.😂

@@sharnavanhyatt1728 Thats what happened! :(
The bloodweave is calling and who are we to resist it?
How about Karlach ? :D
11:34 for Karlach, visually it shows Gale for some reason, the dialogue is for Karlach though.
"I am _not_ for eating!" says the man who snorts magic items. Yes, Mr. "Hi, I'm Gale of Waterdeep", you're one to talk.
Lae'zel in her granny dress.
LMAO somehow I can totally see her wearing a granny gown to bed 😂
I wish they incorporated this into a Tav playthrough and have it be right before the bite scene
Thanks for upload this, it rare to find videos showing the “accidentally killing” outcome
I'm always down for some accidental slaughter..I mean.. testing for science purposes.
"YoU'Re a MoNstEr!" - the guy with literal devil horns sprouting from his head
Sometimes he forgets he's a little horny now :S

Angry mode Shadowheart is just so funny, she insults like Gordon Ramsay

shadowheart and gales were definitely the funniest ones
Thank you for uploading this, I played origin Astarion and never got this cutscene at all. It was a real bummer

ok but how does wyll sleep with those big ass horns tho
Wyll is a bit of a dick here. Gods I wish we could see that side of him fleshed out enough for him to overcome it.
How do people get him with the pants but withput the shirt?
Karlach's camp clothes
Karlach and Lea'zel have camp clothes that don't have a shirt. Either one of theirs will allow for him to be shirtless
Gale taking one for the team 😂
Are they actually unrevivable if you keep drinking?
I genuinely wonder why they wouldn't be, considering Tav is revivable if they accidentally get killed giving Astarion blood.

tav is the party leader, so is always revivable no matter what
@@SUPERSONICGIRLIFY I wonder if it's the same logic as Withers refusing to bring Alfira back after the Durge kills her
I can’t get this moment to trigger, I think my game bugged and let me reveal my vampirism too early.
Yeah that sounds correct, this only triggers if you haven't revealed it in conversation or combat before the 2/3rd camp.
