I used to sleep with a very tight ponytail when I was younger and sometimes even wearing a faja. Now I can't stand anything uncomfortable. I've got a terrible scalp pain two days ago for no reason, it was even like some kind of inflammation. It sounds crazy but my hair was like hurting 😫 it happened before for no apparent reason and lasted for a few days, it vanished gradually. No idea what changes I'm expecting but our bodies changes constantly. Sorry about my English, it's not my first language.

"Allodynia" is defined as "pain due to a stimulus that does not normally provoke pain." An example would be a light feather touch (that should only produce sensation), causing pain. it's a symptoms along with my Fibromyalgia.. awful experience. even hugs hurt some days 😞 can't be touched much now. 💔
