herman how can kenya pay the debts that is there now.
I live in a country that lend others and if you earn less than about 1.5m you dont pay tax. PAYE is at 20 percent and the highest earners at 40 percent. People easily go to jail for failure to pay tax.

Yes, KRA has thinkers but they've been incapacitated by vested self interests.
Kenya can do just fine without the so-called development partners. We don't need the West and East to fund our budgets. West and East major purpose is to promote policies meant to perpetually keep Africa poor. We must start budgeting with taxes with taxes we collect not based on borrowed funds to fund budget.

We need to keep doing this - a proper 2 year performance review post elections by the people for the people, afterwhich underperforming elected individuals are recalled , and impeached where need be. 5 years is too long, alot can have gone wrong by then… 2 years is enough to assess the true nature of the elected leaders or any other employee.
