    Practice this Qigong Breathing helps you to bring your mind back to body, to relax and feel grounded. It’s wonderful to be centered yourself at your lower abdomen, or at Dantain Area to enjoy belly breathing.
    You can apply this Qigong Breathing at any time through your day when you have a lot of stress that you need to breathe and relax.

    I read a lot of comments about people crying after watching certain videos, and I used to think it was an exaggeration. However, when he said, ‘Feel grateful to the body’ at 6:17, I cried and asked my body to forgive me for never taking care of it.
