this is not working I have installed the adb and fast boot drivers and it keeps saying "waiting for device...." when im in fastboot and start the program it just reboots the phone and i leave it there for like a half a hour it does nothing

Reset you phone again and put the phone on 1st blue screen and power off. Then fastboot and open tool and wait for usb debugging. Install adb fastboot drivers first.

Maybe it not supported. Run the software direct from zip file. Reset your phone and stay on first screen then power off. Connect fastboot . Then try frp remove. I hope it work

For new models you can check first model no and which cpu your phone have. According to cpu some phones unlock free and some are paid tools.
