- We are in Spain at La Fenasosa Bikepark and I have been finding the dry fast trails really challenging especially when it comes to judging speed for jumps. So I decided that I was going to break it down and focus on just one jump so that I could get my confidence back and start to trust the speed and my ability again. However, it took so many attempts to finally clear this jump and I was exhausted by the end of the day!

Nice one Kara! You definitely deserve coffee and cake after that effort. Having Tom film it and coach you through it definitely helps too and sometimes you just need that little bit of encouragement to give it one more go.

@@KaraBeal Yeah, i wasnt sure if Mondraker owned it, with the trails being the same names as the Mondraker bikes, The Summum and the Foxy, and all the bikes they rent being Mondraker. Hope you and Tom are well. Were you at Twisted Yesterday with Sam ?
At 2:38 what the hell were those idiots doing sitting, having a chat on the top of a feature? Right in the way. If you're stopped then just get off the trail.

@@KaraBeal Still wrong & dangerous. Trail should be kept clear for you or other riders that might be coming. They were lucky that you managed to miss them. They should be setting a good example to others considering their You Tube presence. Rant over, but I've seen bad crashes caused by people just waiting for mates to catch up.
