bad ems, a quaint spa town in Germany, is part of the "great spa towns of europe," a unesco heritage site, and known for its royal spa reputation. with its 15 mineral springs, the town offers rejuvenating experiences and treatments for respiratory ailments, allergies, and heart conditions, blending modern medical advancements with traditional healing methods. the town's architecture reflects a rich spa tradition, from medieval to sophisticated 19th-century resorts, set in a picturesque valley by the river lahn. we had a lovely day exploring this town!
