Finishing the damaged wood on the second floor porch and adding outside lights would help sell for more - I did fill in the above rafter area for another bedroom and half a bath downstairs with laundry as well as a back patio. But it did loose it's "barn" atmosphere. Final sell price was 197k. 78% profit margin. I went with old familiar red siding, but wanted white. I like the white a lot. Maybe next time!
I absolutely love the house! I would stay there! However there were three thoughts that crossed my mind: 1. There is no where to store clothing lol 2. Where do I do my laundry? 3.The kitchen has like no counter space which is unfortunate.
That kitchen is just amazing. Nice work. Thumbs up! Bit disappointed in the outhouse, though. Such a wasted opportunity to do something really creative. Also, where the heck is that new bathroom's plumbing supposed to pass through? >.>

I found some cream and brown/beige paint in the orange red category.
