Sir, I have watched this video, I like information provided by on configuration of telephone service on Syrotech Ont, I have conversion on 17/3/2022 from dsl to Fibre BB BB fibre is giving good speed, but telephone is not activated, I have visited Bsnl office, given written application, they sent a technical young person on 22/3/2022 he said after searching in his mobile with user I’d of mine & talked to some official in bsnl. He said your voice facility has not been sanctioned from bsnl office end, by evening it will be activated but till today not activated, I have sent an email to their Nodal Officer of Chandigarh in request form, sir is there some action from bsnl end, will can they remove fault on line. System complaint also show some technical fault since 18/3/2022
Sir ji mera bhi syrotech ka router hai telephone achhe se connect ho ja raha hai. Lekin aawaj ekdam kharab aa raha hai, aawaj bahut kam sansanahat bahut jada aa rahi hai. Mai 2 cordless aur ek wire wala teen receiver change kar ke dekh chuka hu lekin problem solve nahi ho rahi hai. Koi solution bataiye.
