- I believe this is the third installment of the Kikka on the channel. This is the first video with it being fully upgraded.... and what a grind that was! I wouldn't consider this jet a "great performer" but it can still land a few great punches.

God I love flying jets, I've only got the Horten now, but it's amazing how it almost looks like the bombers are sitting still when you make your run at them

I once hit a Kikka with an air to air missile in a custom battle and it just tanked it and kept flying completely normally
I always enjoy playing the Kikka. It's going to outspeed pretty much everything, since I know at least for me I haven't gone up against too many other jets.
I think recent-ish BR changes also helped this thing actually become a little more competitive.

2 very nice matches, even though the US side lost in the end it didn't look easy at all. How often do you get matches like these in the japanese high tiers? Are they more of an exception or pretty regular?

Hey Bo, if not sure if you ever run out of things to record when you're flying, but I used to fly G.50's in games with jets and I'd shoot down R2Y2's and stuff when they tried to turn fight me. It's not the most interesting thing and you'd have to have someone in your party fly a jet and leave you behind, but I think it'd be a pretty hilarious video.

how do you keep the p80's engine from overheating and dieing during the course of a match?
Can you please give me tips on lining up shots in the Kikka? I have the 2nd gun and tracer belts but i can't easily get kills :(
I've only shot one Kikka down in the entire time it's been in game. I avoid the 6.0 br range in RB because of how imbalanced it is. I don't enjoy being torn to shreds every match by German and Japanese jets. I do however love BR 4.7-6.0 in EC.
Bo, try using the ki 200. Very good jet if you want a challenge.

Bo, out of curiosity have you heard of the Ace Combat series? That would be fun to watch you play, especially AC6 on ace difficulty on a certain mission. Those who have played the game know which one it is.

How long did it take you to get your first American jet? I understand that they take time, but I think they're just a tad more difficult in some lines other than others.
For example, I'm trying to get the P80 right now, and it seems to take forever. With a premium account, A talisman on the dual musty, and an RP boost it still seems to be painfully slow compared to the Germans, who I got the 262 in under two days. I've been researching this darn P80 for almost a week now and still haven't gotten more than two thirds of it done.
Any tips, to myself and any other ameri-jet wannabes?
Don't fly bombers to grind, use the Bearcats or the F7Fs, if those are too much, switch down to the P-38s, the p-80 is a hell of a lot of fun to fly. It's not great but it's so much fun. That was my first jet and is still one of my favorites
I have ~280 kills to 120 deaths in the Kikka and two/three patches ago it was a beast in disguise. Since then it got a major manoeuvrability nerf (from more so than the 262 to now less manoeuvrable) and then a ln engine nerf more recently. Acceleration, top speed and climb rate are all now worse. Shame really :/

The long string of Me-262 variant grinds just looks mind-numbing, with little differences between many of them, to me. Looks more like Gaijin created an artificial obstacle to advancement in that line. Purchasing & grinding modules on practically the same plane over & over. :-(
I can't be the only one who gets dissuaded from doing them. For the same reason, it would be nice to see some vids on their differences, however slight.

Russian planes are so bias i was in a mig 3 34 in a custom game and i shot down two b 29s with out taking any damage and at 10000 m above the sea so my plane was struggling to fly

I live in america, and this country has no idea how to measure shit. 12 inches is a foot, 3 feet is a yard, and i can never remember the amount that goes into a mile. Who the fuck thought choosing these seemingly random numbers was a good idea?
