If it wont charge even from brand new, scratch and clean the two gold contacts on the back and it will charge straight away. When its brand new i think its from the sticker on the back leaving glue behind.

manage to open it but but it didnt turn on. dunno if i did more harm than good. .either this is really a lemon or cant do it. its charging as i can see the battery being charge but once i remove the watch, its just wont boot up
