It does seem a little off even as a foreigner. Japanese pronunciation is difficult man. Learning how to understand and speak it is doable but pronunciation is way harder.
He speaks with an intonation of a cute japanese grandma lol. Also his sentence structure is unusually textbook japanese (prob intentional) which gives off that he isnt a native speaker. But otherwise there is nothing wrong with grammar and pronunciation
