People need to wake up and realize corporations are not your friends. They will use fans for marketing but once you are no longer of use to them, they will dump you in a hot second. I don't understand why young people these days seem to think corporations are good & well meaning. They exist for one purpose, making money. There's nothing wrong with that, but don't think of them as family.
20kfox left the group and left a “statement “. There’s no need for them to make video. It’s unnecessary and extra. It’ll only make the whole Arcade1up “community” look like drama queens & kings.
@@livinfast2life783 this is wrong. The community needs to know where they stand and 1000 videos isn’t enough to stand with Glen. They are sad , they are cowards , and they are slaves to 1up and so sad. “They made a statement”. Lmao. Pathetic.
We all have to understand that with another video game recession on the rise, companies like Arcade1Up, iiArcade and AtGames are now on borrowed time. The video game crash of 1983 was a precursor of what could happen in 2023. The video game community can be a very unforgiving one! These video game corporations are exactly that....CORPORATIONS, who only want our money and always operate on a Republican state of mind and that is greed and divide and conquer! It is also our fault for paying to enjoy these games but get mostly junk and complain! In the future, common sense may be the norm for us if we use it at all. And if we don't use it, then it would truly be SAD!
Agreed it’s the apologists that keep making excuses and defending this company for all the shortcomings and products not delivered to satisfaction … But with Glen they overstepped
Is he allowed to say a company with a legal license to use a trademark such as Tron and Starwars, is stealing Star Wars and Tron? I'm being serious. Let's think about this. Isn't this a whole kettle and pot thing?
I dont think its the exterior design more the internals but i Honestly dont know if they stole his designs or not. I just know A1Up is acting petty as hell for not even changing the design layout of the facebook page and saying for the first time theres a arcade1up facebook page. But lets see where this goes? It appears everyone involved is moving on. Well See.
NOW is the time to take a stand...let see what's some of these UA-camrs/content creaters do. I'm voting with my wallet....A1up can kicks rocks...not worthy of my money.
@@user-jm8bj1hd3d your probably right but this community is responsible for the success of a1up. The community gets the word out about a1up, A1Up doesnt know how to market their own products, from release dates to pricing. If we hold them accountable maybe they will change. Over the last couple years A1up has left a bad taste in alot of peoples mouths, theres only so much a company can get away with, especially a company thats not cohesive with delivering on their promises
Glen just like all other high overpriced after market companies have made more than their fair share of money through the years making after market products for Arcade1up. I will never feel sad for any person or company who makes profit making aftermarket parts for a recognized electronics company. "BOO WHO To Glen And All The Overpriced Aftermarket Companies For Making Profit From Arcade1up" LMFAO! 🤣😂
Get over yourself. Business is business. People have expended WAY too much energy on this issue. Did they give Glenn a sucker punch? Sure. Will people stop buying the games of their choice because of it? Not likely. At the end of the day, any entity, whether it be a person or a business, has every right to maintain control over their logos, images and creative output. We don't have to like it, but it is what it is. Back in the early days, Coca-Cola sent me a cease and desist letter over my Coca-Cola website. I wasn't happy about it, but recognized their right to control their name. People need to get over this.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, whats right to one person can be wrong to another. If you feel that way Im not going to waste more energy trying to convince you to change your mind. Its ok to have opposite opinions, thanks for watching. I appreciate it.
@@RedCGaming When it comes to business law, it matters not what is right to me versus what is right to you. What matters is the law. It's not a matter of opinion at all. It's a matter of whether or not someone co-opts the name and likeness of a trademarked business. Period. Glen used a trademark and likeness of a business to further his own. Not allowed, and the people crying over it obviously have no idea about business law.
"Will people stop buying the games of their choice because of it? Not likely." Dude, the vast majority of their releases are of games that had 20 prior rereleases before they even existed. No one needs Arcade1up for Pac-Man and Street Fighter the way one needs Coca Cola for Coke. These guys are WAY more dependent on quality of service and customer support than brand, and they are squandering them both with this, ESPECIALLY since the home arcade community is niche and tight-knit, and A1up has two competitors ready to devour them like sharks. You vastly underestimate how dunking on the very people that buy your product can damage it. Also: Unless you were selling a knockoff beverage, you should had told Coca Cola to get bent. There are loads of UA-camrs who make videos about the Brand's history or topical news, or state their opinions on them, without needing their express permission. You let them walk all over you, and now are taking out your own pain on people in an unconnected scenario.

Michael B gave a weak pathetic defense for Glen, Console kits be silent, 20Fox being silent.. so sad. His own friends left him behind.
Yep these “Friends” choose money over friendships.

Thank you for making this video ❤️❤️
No Problem, it needed to be said.
This is truly SAD, people losing sight of things. We're here for the games!! Relieve yourselfs of the drama, stay humble all,... ✌🏽 out!

You nailed it!!!!
Retro Ralph bounced out pretty quick on A1UP....i just wonder if he knew something early on or just had a Spidey sense that A1UP was shady
I think with him, it was more about the quality of the cabs over the real ones. But im sure the behind the scenes drama played apart too
At this point we should all call for John d to resign to put some respect on than name “GLEN”
