This happened to me too. I got some buds from a 2nd hand marketplace, and they had the voice "power off" thing. The cable was wrong, and they did not connect in Galaxy Wearable. Thankfully, the seller who was also tricked by this as well, offered me a refund.
Are you sure the seller was also tricked, or did they say that to avoid getting told off to the authorities for selling counterfit products as orginals?
@@deviantmoore9744 No, he defenetly bought them for himself and thought they were crap like that. He got himself some Sony buds in the meantime and I did get the refund. From what I could tell, he wasn't really tech savy

I talked to samsung support and they couldnt help me as well. Then I noticed the serial number on package is different from the serial number on case. Then I realized its fake one. And I confirmed it is fake from this video.
Hi, you're wrong about wireless charging, the fakes indeed HAVE wireless charging (I was also surprised). And I got mine for less than 10$ on aliexpress. They sound pretty good for this value and as a workout pair they are fine
