I just about busted a gut at the "frog croaking" gag! I'm in my early 50's and II've seen just about every Tex Avery cartoon there is, but I don't recall seeing that one.
@@fabioblanco8571 In some ways, yes. Avery's cartoons were fast paced and wacky as hell, but Clampett's had more of a "lol random" vibe to their humor and wackiness.
@@matheus5230 They both defined not only Cartoon humor but humor in general. While Clampet cartoons were an surrealist crazy and kinda random, Tex Cartoons were whacky and exaggerated, but very clever in their humor.

There's even a short called "A Feud There Was", where the character in question was riding a motor scooter, and his name was on it, saying "Elmer Fudd - Peacemaker"; the "Peacemaker" part of it was because Fudd was attempting to convert the McCoys and the Weavers from being murder-happy.
Both Clampett and Chuck Jones worked in Tex’s unit at Warner Bros when he started. Tex was basically both of Clampett and Jones’ mentors. When Clampett was promoted to director, he followed some of Tex’s footsteps because like Tex, Bob knew he was making cartoons and in cartoons anything is possible and nothing is impossible to do
Probably takes cues from “The Crackpot Quail”, “The Heckling Hare”, “Hare Ribbin”, “To Duck or not to Duck”, and “Screwy Squirrel”, for Courage’s pre-season 2 persona.

Its cool that EggHead is Elmer Fudd. I think his older than Bugs or around the same age because Bug was just a Woody Wood Pecker like character. Which makes sense because the guy who made Woody Wood Pecker made Bugs original design then is was changed by Bob and the rest is history for Bugs

Eric Goldberg actually came up with the animation design for the genie in Aladdin. I saw an amazing documentary on it.
