今日は私のオンライン・コンサートにお越しくださいまして、ありがとうございます。
2020年を境に、人々の生活様式が大きく変わり、 人と直接触れ合うようなコミュニケーションを取るのが難しくなりました。更にドイツでは2020年10月末から今日まで、お客さんの入ったコンサートが開催されておりません。そんな状況下で隔離生活をする中、少しでも自分が音楽を通して出来る事を考え、探り、今の自分の心境と状況への想いを込めながら、このプログラムを創り上げました。オンラインという形でのコンサートにはお客様との距離が出来てしまいますが、少しでも聴いてくださる方の心に届いて欲しいという願いとプレイヤース(祈り)を込めて演奏いたしました。 (布谷史人)

Thank you for coming to listen to my concert today.
Since 2020, our lifestyles have changed drastically, and it became exceedingly difficult to have direct communication with each other. Under the circumstance, many of my concerts have been canceled, and I had to live more isolated, even though musician’s life is isolated in some ways because of practicing. As I have lived this strange time, I started to have an idea of making a new program, with which I could put my thoughts, emotions and a story line with a hope and prayers that my music will hopefully reach to the hearts of today’s listeners. Seit 2020 hat sich unser Lebensstil drastisch verändert, und es wurde äußerst schwierig, direkt miteinander zu kommunizieren. Unter diesen Umständen wurden viele meiner Konzerte abgesagt und ich musste isolierter leben, obwohl das Leben eines Musikers aufgrund des Übens in gewisser Weise isoliert ist. Als ich diese seltsame Zeit erlebt habe, kam mir die Idee, ein neues Programm zu erstellen, mit dem ich meine Gedanken, Gefühle und eine Geschichte mit der Hoffnung und den Gebeten verbinden konnte. Hoffentlich wird meine Musik die Herzen der Zuhörer erreichen.

今年4月から新卒で働き始め、初めて実家以外での生活をスタートしました。
実家にマリンバを置いてきたので、現在は気軽にマリンバを演奏できない日々を送っております。
そのような中で、オンラインという難しい環境で、このようなコンサートを開催してくださり感謝の念に堪えません。
コロナの収束後、いつか生のライブで拝聴できることを楽しみにしております。
演奏を聴いてくださいまして、そしてコメントまでありがとうございました。嬉しく読ませて頂きました。Komariさんはマリンバを演奏される方なのですね。新卒で働き始めたとの事、新しい生活のペースをつかむのに少しだけ時間がかかるかもしれませんが、またいつか気軽にマリンバが演奏できるような環境が整う事を、細やかながら祈っていますね。

Bravo and Congratulations !!! I really enjoyed your performance, especially "Verano Porteno" and "Ai San San." Your highly accomplished musicality coupled with excellent technique made the whole concert delightful. Thank you. !!! However , I have one reservation with all marimba players who play "Bach violin pieces" one octave lower. I know they want to enjoy the nice long echo from low bars of marimba, and yes, they are beautiful and enjoyable to your ears. However, I believe the players and listeners are enjoying echos at the sacrifice of musicality Bach wrote in the violin music. Musical tense/pleasant in the original range are greatly lost, and unnecessary echo dominates throughout the piece. Mr. Nunoya would you be willing to play Bach violin pieces in "original range" with intensive musical expression? Also could I ask you to play "One Study" written by John Psathas ? Thank you. I wish you all the best in your future musical achievement !!!

コメントありがとうございました。1曲目に使っているマレットは、Encoreマレットの三村奈々恵さんのモデルで、ベースにNM6B、左手の内側にNM5B、そして右手に2本NM4Bを使いました。参考になれば幸いです。

布谷さんに聞いてみたいのですが、以前マリンバをもう弾けないかもしれない時期があったと何処かで見たんですが、そのときは一切弾きませんでしたか？もう一度やってみようと思うのに何かきっかけはありましたか？
今私は、ずっと続けていきたいと思っていたことを続ける自信がなくて。無理に続けなくてもいいのですが、完全に離れてしまっても、もう一度と思える日が来ると思いますか？

勿忘草さん、演奏会を聴いて下さいまして、ありがとうございました。勿忘草さんのコメントを読みながら、勿忘草さんがどんな事を再び続けたいと思っているのかが明確に分からないので、具体的にはコメントし難いところがありますが、僕の場合はマリンバが弾けなくなってから立ち直るのに、大きく言えば「時間」が解決してくれたように思います。その「時間」を過ごす中で、心の純粋な生徒の演奏を聞いて沢山刺激をもらい、何故演奏することが出来なくなったのか、何故自分は音楽を始めたのか、何のために音楽を続けてきたのか、何故続けていきたいのか、色々と自問自答していました。自分を見つめ直し、自分を許し、自分に少しずつ優しくなることで、何となく心も軽くなっていきましたし、また音楽を奏でたいと思うようになりました。自分の事だけ書き綴ってしまいましたが、何か勿忘草さんが想う事柄に触れるような言葉があったら嬉しいです。

多分、辛い気持ちを抑えて頑張り過ぎてしまったのが原因で、それを誰にも話せなかったのが余計に苦しかったんだと思います。誰に話したらいいか思い付かなくて、涙と一緒に吐き出してしまいました。
演奏を聴いているうちに以前聞いた話を思い出して、経験者の布谷さんなら何かヒントをくれるかもと思って聞いてみて本当に良かったです。
私も一つ一つ自問自答してしっかり自分と向き合ってみます‼️演奏で無心になりお言葉で気持ちが軽くなりました😊本当にありがとうございました。

This marimba version is beautiful, thank you for including the Bach! feel the marimba is well suited for baroque music. If you are interested, maybe you can arrange some more of the pieces from this popular album of baroque pieces by John Williams? ua-cam.com/video/a8FQHbkVaho/v-deo.html . . Or maybe you have already?

This specific piece you recommended will definitely work well on Marimba, and I thank you for your idea!!

Hello M° Fumito, what mallets do you use used on the second movement of "Luminosity" by T. Goliski?
What are these mallets?? They sound immaculate.
I mostly used Nanae Mimura’s mallets (from Encore Mallets), but also Nancy Zeltsman's mallet and some prototypes of my new mallets. Thank you for your interest!
