I love Oliver. I knowww he has done wrong, but I still love him! The issue with him and Q, I get why Q is upset because Oliver did say something. That’s your friend, you go to your friend and say what you heard. If we are so close then I come to you about the situation, not a 3rd party. Also, I like Troy but I’m so confused as to what’s going on. Lil Kendra and Oliver will get it together if it’s meant to be, too many hands in the pot telling each other stuff is whats making the issues worse. I feel Dominique. I know his boyfriend means well, but if he feels someway about his family, he has the right to. You just don't throw your son out like that. He could've been killed, homeless, and host of other things from being gay and being throw out like that before he was even 18. I despise the whole, "You only get 1 family" sentiment. The black family notion can be so toxic, accepting toxic ways because that's your parents. It goes both ways, Dominique is still their family too, and you don't do that to your son.
He can make piece with the situation and still not be cool with them, that's his choice. Whatever makes him feel better, he should do.

I agree, but I don't think that he wants him to be apart of the family, I think he was encouraging him to get closure because he constantly brings up the issue of being abandoned by his family, to him.
I would have advise he did the same thing. You never heal by avoiding your demons. You often have to confront them so that you can move the hell on. The boyfriend wants him to move on. You can either find closure, or let this thing haunt you until the day you day.
