So I nanny. And it’s a struggle for me to get them to read because once they get home for school they have to get ready for sports. Last year it was more of a hassle because we had more time and I wanted them to read. So watching Kendra do a read aloud I had a great idea while they ate snack and got ready for sports and did whatever homework they could get done I do a read aloud. We just finished our first book which the kids loved. It’s really important for me to make sure they stay of electronics which they only get Fridays anyways but if I can keep them interested in the book for as long as possible it makes for a great Friday afternoon♥️
In the UK we call teeter totters "sea-saws" :)
