Nice methods specialy the peeling part!
For junior viewers that dried coconut is called "copra/kopra" and the best dry garlic powder chutneys use this!
It's nice to make what one has full control over and knows that it's free of chemicals but what about the cost and time, considering the oil recovered.
Two (fresh) coconuts cost ₹ 40.00 each, so that bowel of oil (about 200 ml?) will be worth ₹ 80.00.
750 ml will cost over ₹250.
750 ml refined ground nut oil costs ₹ 255.00 but coconut oil in the market is more expensive than your home made version.
Chapati made with coconut oil have a special taste, but some biased lobbies publish negative comments.
I think it's good!
But as a cooking oil it's quite expensive any way! If you consider the time spent and gas consumption!
Overall a nice useful video for these times, we must do more ourselves!
