Salted eggs are used in chinese cuisine in savoury dishes (salted egg curries, or salted egg porridge) but my favourite way to eat them is in the form of pastries! Like black sesame paste + salted egg yolk moon cakes or salted egg tarts! I'm mentioning this very randomly haha but I think you may like them, not sure if they're available in korea tho thank you for another soothing vlog, stay healthy!!!!
