Installing a Rev9 Polished Coolant Reservoir on my Focus ST (Can't Say I Recommend)
I ended up using two different size hoes and hose clamps to make the leaking issue better. There was no solution provided by Rev9 and they claimed I installed it wrong (clearly not) It has the wrong bung welded on. It still leaks but it's the best solution I found for now.

bit late to this video, it might be the tank is meant for a Focus RS as that hose is bigger on the RS or at lest it looks bigger.

Shame this one seemed to have issues. I was considering the Mishimoto version if I start to get any leaks.

Just look the tank up they want $140 plus $100 shipping was your the offer and free shipping think they have like seven more.
