Ingredients for Gingerbread (dairy free & vegan)
70g almond butter
20g walnut oil (or hazelnut or almond)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/3 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground mixed spice
45g muscovado sugar
120g flour
A few drops of water (just enough to bring it together into a dough)

When you dipped the rosemary in the white powder I thought at first that it was salt.. and I said to myself waooo she understands cooking so well and knows that the combination of salt grains on a sweet cookie is fantastic.. then I realized that the white powder was actually sugar....😑You already decorated the cookies with drizzle of sugar...rosemary dipped in salt will give such Incredible contrast.
