@@sjones1009able I Just been there last week and the Occident Punta Cana standards as a drop in my opinion. I no longer think this resort is a 4.5-star resort. It's more like 3 stars now. The property is still well maintained but the food quality has dropped a lot.
I came there and my tv was broken in all 4 rooms I booked, in one of the rooms, there was a water leak from the sealing, the food was all microwaveable and did not sit well at all
It’s something wrong with this video, I was there in December, cockroaches 🪳! Dirty dishes, dirty cutlery! No towels at all in the room for three days!..we received One bottle of water for a week staying in the room. Terrible service! Dirty beddings. Broken toilet, not possible to use it at all! Waiting for the plumber for three days. Reception service useless. Tv broken Terrible experience!
