The term “early 2018” has been floating around in regards to the TABS release date a lot lately. As you know, our estimations have previously been about as “totally accurate” as the game itself and still are. Right now we’re focusing on making the game worthy of this awesome community, therefore we don’t want to give or confirm any estimations of the release date. We still hope to be done in the near future and are exploring options to get the game to you faster.

To calm your thirst for new TABS-adventures we’ve gone back and decided to re-release the OLD closed alpha and OLD pre-alpha from 2016 to everyone. The reasons for these alphas being closed simply doesn’t make sense anymore.

You guys should release a version of the game with this model system. The character move faster and gravity doesn’t change depending on where the AI is moving. I love the silly version, but the other version gave me cinematic vibes.

100% correct! Fortnite for example was released unfinished but had weekly updates to hide that fact, now its the best game ever. Tabs would have been there if they released this before it completely died

They should include the option to customize the different characters like the samurai, for example: to be able to add more armor that does not necessarily help in combat, but would make the gameplay more extensive and customizable, it would be great to include that idea

You've been delaying the game's release for so long now... AND IT'S WORTH IT!!! I love it so much. But because we've been waiting for so long, there needs to be something completely different with the game, something new. How about PvP? Clans? CLAN WARS? PVP 1V1!!! SIEGE LEVELS AND PVP SIEGE LEVELS!!! Maps to complete and just maps to explore like TABZ!!! THE WHOLE CONTENT OF TABZ IN TABS AS WELL!!! I would love to see all of those in the game, but you only need one of those in the game's release, you can add the rest later and more to keep the game alive 😉. Thank you so much for the hard work you put into this game, make sure u hype it enough so that you get what you deserve!

Danial Farid Azmi Develop; explain. Why is TABS not headed in that direction and why couldn't it? If you'd upvote the comment, it very well could my good sir. I'm not saying these should be implemented in the "full release," but honestly if they don't update the game after that, it's gonna die out in half a year, maybe a whole year. A game needs updates to stay alive, and this game's UA-cam content has already been made with its alphas, so the hype of just simply new troops and barely any bew concept is gonna be very short. I won't be sisppointed if those don't come in the full release, because it doesn't mean they can't be later to keep the game alive. It's very likely that Landfall would like those ideas, so please upvote tge comment by liking it so that it can be a thing. Thanks so much.
Danial Farid Azmi 😂😂😂😂😂 wow describing TABS is hilarious... So what I meant by exploring maps is like TABZ style stuff. Ok, I think the "adventure style" of the game that I depicted in my ideas could work very well with what TABS is in my opinion. Without TABZ and first person mode beong a thing, I'm not sure I woulda thought these were good ideas. But since those aspects of the game are already there and coming, why not amplify them and make it a longevity boost dor TABS? The game could still keep its style whe having those ones as well. The game has changed enough that those add ons which aren't really changes wouldn't hurt it. Abd the campain is sort of an adventure game style. Also, what's yhe point of a strategy game without multiplayer? Why wouldn't a game with such a big, strong, and working community not be able to interact, and so be multiplayer?
Landfall, would it be possible to have an indoors map, possibly a throneroom?🙂

Plus also I see a lot of variants of armour on units and the changes on them recently, and it would be Epic if you could keep some of the designs and then you can swap through the different variants of armour when unlocking the units. So that older designs dont go completely wasted and it would add a bit more characteristics to units (Not pre-alpha, but that'd be cool too)

I think that you should make a unit that paints other units. For example, if a red one came across an enemy, it would paint it red so the blue team would attack it, and it would paint its friends blue so they wouldn’t be attacked by the blue team, and it would also be cool if it noticed teammates attacking painted teammates and painted enemies sneaking by undedetected and alert allies when this is happening.
You should make a unit that does warcries to scare the other team off, that would be cool

Hey Landfall,I think this would be a great idea:ASSASINS!!!. What I am trying to say,is that you should make units capable of using stealth,and if you could, you could also add the possibility of units taking cover to shoot at people with ranged weaponry,or:make units able to climb up buildings or high places,and be able to jump on enemy units, and kill them. I know this may be a really hard idea to produce without a lot of bugs, but if you are able to do this, It could be able to be: GAME OF THE YEAR!!!!!. Now,everyone who as seen this comment like it,and comment,so this idea can be considerated.

Landfall could we have Mabey a TABS 2.0 Demo? So basically we would only have the stone age and farmer faction in campaign as well as in the sandbox. Like how Baronvonletsplay had it when he visited you guys. you know so people would get off you back about release date :)

I have an idea for the pirates, its a bit late and you've probably got it all sorted out, but I was thinking that after launch you could add a big update which added water combat, it would add a whole new level to the game and make it even more awesome than it already looks! Maybe for a pirate map have an unknown island with a galleon or two on either side. Maybe even have a capture the flag TABS game mode. Just a few ideas I thought would be quite a nice addition. Keep working as hard as you are, I am very grateful, this game will be AWESOME because you guys will make it :).
