I know how hard it is to pay money for someone to be hired. It’s hard to trust people these days especially with your business. It could get ugly. One suggestion is to make sure you screen someone first as you interview. Although, you are both doing great 👍🏻 with everything! It could help if you knew a person you can trust. Of course, if you have the extra money to even hire someone. I am done now it’s all up to you both. Whatever you decide to do with my suggestion it’s not going to effect my respect for you both. I'm quite sure if all you had to do in life was list and sell things, your barn would be sorted. Strange how some folks forget that taking care of 'everyday life' business can be time consuming in itself but there is also so much behind the scene goings on when running a business and a lot of people don't know the half of it. It often limits down time which is so important! I enjoyed the humour between you! I expect it keeps you going when you'd probably rather go and put your feet up :)
You should add a link to the second channel in your description on the main channel, it was a bit difficult to find and I enjoy seeing the sales and backend of the business, others may be curious as well from the main channel.

Why not reach out to see if there is a young person who would like to get into reselling but doesn’t know how to start. You could teach them as they help you clear up organise test and list. It’s a huge task you have anyone who thinks reselling is easy just has to watch ur channel.
I mostly thrift and people will say you find great things and I don’t. I ask how often they go out and it’s like every few months. Dumb luck is the only thing helping in that situation
I'd almost say to set the ship time longer and spend more time clearing this. Working smarter not harder type thing. Like for the next week, Jess spends 2 hours listing and 2 hours shipping as needed, and 4 hours helping clear and Dustin doing 6 hours knocking down this pile and 2 hours editing. I love the videos but getting your business organized to be able to continue longer is needed. Or hire someone to help you organize for a week. A professional organizer.
