FYI, there's about 80 different software configs for different state/county/contract/operator/provincial/national specs, so it can get fairly confusing - especially if there are a few different programs on a single fleet. Systems can be reprogrammed to make them function consistently (and to your point, this should be done so that they are easy to operate). Reprogramming takes about 1 minute. Reprogramming audio for 1 language takes about 20 minutes, if it has multiple languages it may take more time.

@@carwashslayer4235 We've thought about doing this a ton, but the problem we have is that there are so many variations that we think if we push generic information, we might create more confusion. Engaging charter mode, for example, only exists in some software and requires that the user deactivate the system when they don't need to (and sometimes within a certain time frame of the previous deactivation). Further, there are dozens of different deactivation specs (e.g. systems in CA are completely different than FL, etc.).
