    excellent as always. i have been doing rolling circles for probably 2 years and still have days where i do them better than others. need to go back to the beginning and try this

    These videos are great, do you think breaking the move down is always the best way or some moves do you try the whole thing and just practice? That's how i leant piroflips years ago just mess up catch it try again....got it eventually

      I think most of us just go for it 😀
      but when things seem inconsistent or you get stuck on a really difficult move, it can help breaking it down or attacking it from different angles. Breaking it down is a way of making sure you don't have any bad habits/weaknesses getting in the way. Also, when you have to learn the opposite rudder direction, knowing the steps to learning it makes it easier I think.
