My god Anthony what an amazing story. Being a cancer survivor myself I can understand how your father couldn’t even bring himself to say that he had cancer over the phone. When my doctor told me it was probably about the same feeling as what you would feel walking into a supposed sit down and realizing your getting whacked when you walk in. I’m so happy your father got to have the best doctor possible. Thank goodness for that judge. My surgeon was Dr Charles Norris JR. He was out of Dana Farber cancer institute in Boston Mass and he saved my life. I had stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma but because of him I beat it!! This year is 20 years cancer free. Again great story Anthony and I wish you and your family a wonderful thanksgiving. (Pietro) 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

Great story, Anthony. I lost both my parents in their 50s to cancer & was also in the throes of addiction at the time. Still feel the pain during certain times of the year. Happy Thanksgiving & God Bless you and yours.

And my father also is in Springfield Missouri. I didn't have the connections to get that kind of money to get him out on a compassionate release. Who owns up dying on the day he was supposed to have his parole hearing for release 1994 I'm so sorry to hear about how your father died. I'm crying over your story And and what we both went through.

I'd imagine they show compassion because there worried he might flip, just like the first guy he mentioned in the video. The end game for these guys is always themselves. You can't have someone clipped and then show a soft side to somebody who is ill unless you've multiple personalitys.

I think this is the most interesting aspect because as you've said, these guys are murderers and do heinous stuff, and should not be respected for that. However, they are humans, and I think understanding that many humans who aren't technically sociopathic/psychopathic can find themselves in shitty positions. Often, because of life events outside of the person's control, a person's worse side can be nurtured and manifest itself quite early. If you took someone who is genetically the same as John Gotti and put him into an entirely different situation, who knows what his life would have looked like. It's like if you take kid who grows up in a slum, has no father, a mother who is an addict/prostitute, no money, no support network and compare him to your average middle class human being, you can't tell me they have the same shot at living a law-abiding life.

Was your father closer with his brothers or with Toni Lee? Recently I seen Mikey scars mention Toni Lee in a story and said John super respected him.

Anthony, does mob still control Las Vegas and gambling, because I still see executives that looks like a wise guy . palace station casinos the fertittas I heard were connected.

Nope, they wouldn't be penny pinching like corporate America. Does that mean there isn't a single wise guy in Vegas running some kind of scam? Who knows. But the guys in Casino would consider such a person a joke.

You can't correct such atrocities, because you feel so bad for somebody that's sick, that's the sign of a true sociopath scumbag.

I’m glad your dad did not have to die in jail. But it really burns me up that you and others like you lost so many years of your life to silly things like bookmaking and lending money. Now the government does all of that and as long as they get their tax money, it’s legal! Really burns me up!
