Music Villa - thank you for making this video. I have made several trips to the factory and met some incredible people. There are four amazing people that I have met - Scott Sasser, Danny Brown, Jimmy in the custom shop, and Mike Dickinson - thank you all for creating the most incredible experience of my life. I will never forget what you all did for me. Martin Guitar is the greatest place on earth.
It certainly shows that all the employees love their jobs working at C.F Martin Guitar. Lucky them .....& us ....who play the wonderful Martin Guitars. Thank you all for what you do ! :-) .....and thank you to Acoustic Letter for posting this very cool video.
Hindsight is definitely 20-20. Had I the opp to do it over again, I would've gladly forsaken a corporate career and mid six figure income to be a part of an organization like that (or Taylor, having taken the Taylor factory tour several times, with close acquaintances!). Great!
Thank you for this posting. Seems like they have enough arrogant managerks on their roster. I will be visiting the factory soon and this has tempered my perspective. Seems like everything is about ohwow ism this these days. Wished I could have visited in 1935.

Wow - 6 years at Martin and you are still a baby. Crazy how a large majority of the employees have worked there for ever!
Larry Barnwell signed my '95 Gibson F5V. I knew he went on to Martin. Its good to know he's still there.
