I really appreciate that this playlist has soothingly upbeat music, as I struggle with the cottagecore playlists that have melancholy and sad-sounding tracks - I'm too sensitive to music and just start feeling bleak listening to sad songs 😂these songs are calm and thoughtful without being sad and I love it.
I know what you mean! This is quite wistful, but overall has a positive feel to it- a warm feel. "Sad" Cottagecore has a role, lost loves, a sort of forgotten / half remembered childhood etc.
One thing I noted was that pretty much all the songs were cheery and positive. There wasn’t anything that sounded super melancholy. This was exactly what I needed while I decorated for Easter, just happy vibes. If you ever get around to it please make another one😅

Happy Farmer 14:13 was a very nice one. It gave me some Pokemon vibes. I felt was walking along a flower-filled grass route with my Eevee; we were following a Leafeon leading us on a leisurely stroll. Along the way, many Grass Type Pokemon greeted us, a few Fairy Types, and of course some friendly Bug Types. It was nice. I could almost smell the flowers and honey in the air. I wonder, had we continued, if we may have met Shaymin.
