2013-09-16 Inaugural Youth Rally - Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels

On Sept. 16, a day before the annual Catholic Prayer Breakfast at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles, California, a Youth Rally attended by more than 1,000 junior high and high school students from 50 archdiocesan schools and parishes took place on the cathedral plaza. The debut Youth Rally sponsored by the Prayer Breakfast's organizers featured a welcome by Archbishop José Gomez, hip-hop music by Catholic Rapper Joe Melendrez and an inspirational keynote talk by Catholic author Matthew Kelly.
