Haven't had a ACTUAL snow day before (because it rarely snows badly here) but when it does snow, it's usually sleet (mix of rain and snow) or just ice which can freeze the roads during mid winter and make it insanely unsafe and thats when we use our snow days to cancel school.
Same bruh like they would go through the names of the schools in alphabetical order so when it got to my schools first letter me and my brothers hearts would be beating and begging for it to be there, except it wasn’t for snow days bc we are in Texas and it was for rain days and tornadoes

It's so hot here, the water would dry up in seconds
