Me too brother! It’s such an awesome place. There’s still so much more to explore. Can’t wait to visit Mexico again. That’s so bad ass you already have it planned to return beginning next year. Have an amazing time my man. I’m glad you enjoyed this video. Much love bro!

Arturo, good move to visit Mexico at your age. I started late but yes, Merida's Pueblos are peaceful & friendly in general. People come out after 8pm -2 am whole families will be out together and yes, the women act like women here because Mexico's southern states are still traditional and modern at same time. Families are still important. I enjoyed the 'Panucho (pan Hucho)' dish section of your video. It was named after the man that created the plate, 'Don Xucho). You know we also call piloncillo 'panocha=panela=piloncillo (made from sugar) in some parts of Mexico. I will follow you.

Ernesto! Thanks a bunch for commenting my man. I’m glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for following. Your support means a lot man. It helps me out so thank you! Merida is such al special place. I really enjoyed it except for how hot it is 😂 and that’s some interesting information you just gave there. Especially for people that don’t know the history of the food there. That is really interesting how that dish was named after that individual. They sure know how to make delicious food. I love trying new things and I’m sure I missed a few from there. Can’t wait to go back and experience more. I especially love the old fashion ways they do things over there. More traditional. It holds a lot of value. Thanks again my man. I appreciate you.

Arturo, glad to see the latest installment of your trip to Mérida. If I can get over the psychological part of the humidity, I think I really need to visit the Yucatán and Mérida as you have really highlighted a place worth visiting.

That’s the only thing I find bothersome bro. I cannot stand the heat and that place is hot 🥵 the afternoons are better but still I find myself showering several times due to excessive sweating 😂 but it’s definitely a place to visit. So much beauty to it. Thanks again for commenting brother. It helps. Much love to you my man

Hey man, I just got here and everything you are saying is on point. The value of life and the caring is deep brah. Yeah, you end up walking home thinking to yourself "how come American cannot be this way?" I love it here, most of all the area between 69th and 59th, the REAL area. Thanks for the video my friend. Just wish I could speak Spanish fluently dang.

My groovy guru! Brother, I’m happy to have read this because it truly feels that way. It’s an amazing place. Everything about it. Sometimes it makes one think “I feel at home”. I’m glad you love it there my man. Roam free, enjoy, eat! Some people have commented that they didn’t know any Spanish and it didn’t matter. I’m sure you’ll find your way and enjoy everything about Merida. Thanks for taking the time to comment brother. Have an amazing experience!

@@MartinezWhereAreYou True, it doesn't make too much of a difference knowing Spanish. A friendly wave and a big smile gets you by. I'm in the South and it's a different realm than Centro, breathtakingly real. I've walked down to Centro twice and man, I've only eaten Brazilian and Korean food. The Mexican restaurants are overwhelming. Man, I'm in love with those Mayan noses tho! Thanks for the video brah, I already feel at home.

Hi Mandi! Thanks for commenting! I’m excited for you to visit Mérida! You’re going to love it. It’s really beautiful and so much to do there and in the surrounding areas. Make sure to always have water with you if you’re going during the summer 😂 the park is called “Parque Central” I believe also known as “Plaza Grande” every time I visited that area there was something going on. Go on the weekends. They have food trucks with many different flavors. You gotta come back and tell me about your experience. Have fun!
