2 lbs ground beef

1 tbs Creole season
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Dry Parsley
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cup fresh spinach
2 cups chicken stock
3 Tbs Dry Gravy Mix (thicken agent)
1 cup milk
4 oz cream cheese
