Beautiful! That engine sounds like my old chow dog when I'd scratch him behind his ears! No air ride seats, all leaf springs, Dad drove a B61 through the mountains for 14 years. I never mastered the duplex transmission, but he was the master. Truck driving was an art as well as a skill sixty odd years ago!

Mack,nailed it when they designed that truck!,Gorgeous,and way back then.The old crank start bulldogs were beautiful too.Mack was the truck!
They are a great old truck i have been in one many times when i was a kid with my dad yours looks real nice.

Fruehauf. ( highboy. trailer. ) hauling. Loaded. oil. drum’s. , ride. was. rough. though. , didn’t. need. much. heat. , small. cab. inside. , I. think. 5. X 4. transmission. and. powered. by. Mack. diesel. , tandem. axle. truck. I. was. about. Just. about. 21. years. old. then. / Many. moon’s. ( years. ago. ) since. then. drove. Long haul. USA. and. Canada. , tour. coach. driver. Canada. and. USA. , Logging. trucks. ( from. the. bush. too. the. mill ) northern. Alberta. and. BC and. oilpatch. hauling. and. oil rig. moving ( Alberta. and. BC. ) And. now.
