That is a hardener, it is use to make the letter strong. Basically, increases the life of the rubber stamp.

The front side calibrated for 15 seconds, and the face was not 90 seconds. These numbers have anything to do with the temperature of the atmosphere. Second question: What is the white matter that you added to the water?
Is 10 sec enough for first exposure, And 1min 36 sec for 2nd exposure?

hi...nice job after many attempt I can get better result...but I can't getting up time calculations....is there any time method...for front side required xyz seconds nd back side required xyz seconds....????some times I got stamp but many of time I got failed to make a stamp due to timing issues..can u help me???
Timing depends on the climate in your location
Supratik Stamps ok so basically there's no any particular time slabs required???if I will try to 10 second for front to I can go for back 90-100 seconds???size of approx 3*4??

This machine model have bad design, do you want to know why? The light bulbs are placed wayyy too close to the top glass. This will results in lightbleeds which will make texts and fine lines appears thicker than the intended design on negative. Back in the days before laser engraving, I made my own light box and the bulbs are placed way down to avoid light bleeds. Ask him to make some stamps with intricate lines on this machine, and all you will get is a stamp that produces thick blobs of ink when used.
