@@blueflare3848 That's your opinion but me and tons of people disagree. There's a reason for the voice change. Leon's baby voice tide to his rookie cop naive persona where as his more older voice is tide to his experienced none rookie, yet matured persona. That's why it matters
Nick did a GREAT job as a young and an older Leon. I would be curious if he could age it up once again to middle age. (RE6 and beyond). I just love the quality of his voice. There is a smooth, soothing gentleness to it that Matt's voice just doesn't have. Sometimes Paul Mercier's voice could have it (like in his Darkside Chronicles work), but there's still more dimension to Nick's. (Like when he's sounding more authoritative--think with Sadler or Krauser--Nick sounds strong without sounding farcical superhero. Both Matt and even Paul sound sometimes forced.
The pic above is one of my fave facial expressions of Leon's. I also think this is the point he really got infatuated with Ada (right after she blew up the Tyrant w/ the SWAT truck).
It took me a moment to adjust (I saw RE4R first of the 2 remakes), but I came to find him rather adorably hot! Lol. (Granted I still favor big boy Leon of RE4R in the end.)
