Did you have something from Coco Wyo in the past? I have "Life inside jar" and I feel like the paper isn't too thick... It's quite good but not the best... or maybe it's that I don't have the best markers.
I also have that book, it's cute! The paper quality on all of the Coco Wyo and Amazon self-published books are thin and pretty awful. Some are worse than others like the Nice Little Town series. Unlike the proper thick paged coloring books like Johanna Basford and general coloring books also sold in brick and mortar stores. The authors state they don't get a wide variety of paper options and do this to keep the cost of the books low. For myself, I use a thick water color sheet of paper behind the page I'm coloring to prevent the markers from bleeding through onto the next page. Some people use cardstock or even wax paper. I found that alcohol markers blend and streak far less far than watercolor markers as well. I hope this helps!
