After Robot Flower is gone and Death Pact loses, the one gone is Pin. She might leave way earlier than merge.

Not terrible. I would delay the merge until the final 11 and then have a double rejoin. Just so the episode count is 30 instead of 32
But 32 has TWO in it, and final 11 would have a team of two, which I wouldn’t see BFDI doing in this era.
