I'm surprised by the amount of people who think Galloway is left wing. I don't know anyone else who voted Tories, supported Farage, backed Brexit, defended Putin and accepted money to broker deals between dictators that would be classed as left wing. Pretty sure the guy is also a climate change skeptic. He has a terrible record as an MP, so I'd be shocked if the people Rochdale don't turn on him between now and the election.
Galloway is an old fashioned Maoist. He doesn't support trans rights or gay marriage. He supports Brexit and wants Scotland within the UK. But he doesn't tolerate imperialism and wants a fair deal for Palestine. So he gets my vote.
Depends what you mean by left wing, he’s certainly not neo liberal and has a different opinion. 99% of mp’s are two cheek’s of the same arse feathering’s their own nests following the status quo if it be climate change or something else.

Hey Ava, fellow vegetarian here. Beans cooked with onions, garlic, herbs, pepper, bread crumbs and nutritional yeast on 2 slices of bread plus fried mushrooms is a pretty nice veggie breakfast.
@@jackkruese4258there doesn’t seem to be any audio processing being done and/or the levels have been set incorrectly. For an outfit like PoliticsJOE it ain’t a great sound. For example, one mic is louder than the other, often resulting in distortion, even thought they’re the same microphone, similar distance etc. Some sort of compression/limiting would have helped, as the gentleman above said some normalising in post would be beneficial.
Unless it's razor thin, pretty much any parliamentary majority is functionally the same. Labour with 500+ seats would not be appreciably different to the one the Tories have been operating with for the last 4 and a bit years. As long as the whip system endures a majority essentially guarantees that what the government wants to pass gets passed.
To some extent, it depends on the size of factions. Brexit was interesting in that even in the party that pushed it through, it was a minority opinion. It wasn't possible to get anything through for a long time because there was no true Brexit, but also, absolutely zero good Brexits existed for modt of parliament. Also, a large majority will mean that a significant portion will be people handpicked by the current apparatus. This tends not to favour the left, and tends to promote people who back the current leadership. Which also will tend to mean that the current leadership feel empowered to do what they want and sack/hire who they want. Whereas currently people like Milliband are significant figures because they are the link to the rest of the party. A small majority means that labour are still largely useless, but there are some issues which certain groups of MPs might choose to make a stand on. There are people who should be kept happy, there are policies they have to keep.
