i have the same anker model as yours and it also doesn't work when the switch is docked. Have you tested the anker when plugged in directly into the switch? Are the numbers similar to the original charger?

when not using the dock, the Anker one charges fine. That's why I recommend the Baseus one for using with the dock connected to TV.
