Hello brother.....I do not know how to thank you. Your video became like a seed...this is the video when I started chasing for solution for my mother's pension. It was a very difficult when her name was also not correct in PPO and I had to correct the name before applying for family pension and also when head office was completed in different location (around 700km away). As per your suggestion first raised grievance and when did not get reply for long then raised appeal and that made them to work into it. It took long around 4-5 grievance and 2-3 appeal on every step to proceed further. Finally It took long. Almost 18 months but Finally pension started along with all arrear. Money was not a problem, it was just that my mother had her rights on it after my father. I do not know that you going to read this or not. But I wish you grow more and more and more....

@@Sandeep-Datta 1 self attached affidavit. 1 pan card, 1 adhaar card...with application...... These documents should be attested from the head of department from where your father is retired....then submit it to head office from where pension will be disbursed....
If they do not respond then raise grievance with these attested documents....even then if they do not reply on online grievance and close that without resolution then raise appear on same portal..,
Sir, you have given very valuable information for pensioners, i am having a matter related to my mother-in-law who wants her husband's pension benefit to be continued for her also but don't know how to apply and whom to approach. I request all readers and channel owner to guide us in this regard.
You can try for widow's pension scheme by submitting life certificate at Pension office or Bank where Pension was released to your Father in law. We do the same to my mother....this is not hard core process but helping comment. Good luck

I was retired on 31 st August 2022 .Received my commutation amount credited smoothly to my SBI salary joint account which I had given to my dept .But after few days bank directed me to delete my father's name or else they would stop my pension and they stopped it . I was retired on 31 st August 2022 .Received my commutation amount credited smoothly to my SBI salary joint account which I had given to my dept .But after few days bank directed me to delete my father's name or else they would stop my pension and they stopped it . Can they stop it ?
My father is in hometown away and 90+ yrs under cancer treatment.
I requested if I could sign or give undertaking or even bring his signature on application but BM insist on verifying his signature of father by BM of nearest SBI of Hometown which is a difficult part they saying why can't A/C opening Branch Delhi verify it who insist on presence in person .

My father was a govt employee in up.
He was getting his pension from treasury office in lucknow.
But he got expired on 9 feb.
Then I informed the treasury office about the death.
After that pension was closed.
But no pension was credited for the month of february atleast for 1 feb to 9 feb.

Sir, the PPO number was generated on 15/06/2022. PPO portal showing amount credited 2 times 1 for this month and another for pending pensions. But on 28/06/2022 nothing credited to my bank account. What should I do now?
