    My grandfather had a farm just down from the current road that goes up to Bethanga. I have been looking for something like this for ages. Thank you vey much I skipped over bits but will watch it all when I get a chance.

    Does have a plaque now, and is limited 20 tonnes now. Still a great video on how it was built, thanks.

    No mention when gates were added to increase capacity the township of Tallangatta (old) was flooded
    Tallangatta was moved to Bolga where the name was changed to Tallangatta

      I have read elsewhere that it was always the intention to build gates in the original wall.
