Wow, I am super happy for you. I’m glad I came across this video! I was born in the US and my husband was born in Ghana, but he was in the US for 30 years, we have been married for 18 and when I visited GHANA for the first time with My daughter(who was in her early 20s) I felt the same way. Donna was amazing. I asked my husband what we were doing. Why weren’t we moving to Ghana? We began to look for land and purchased in the outskirts of Accra we began building our house cutting back on everything and putting all of our resources to building the house. Then we were able to take our retirement. and purchase a 50 acre piece of land in the eastern region. The end of September 2022 we moved here permanently! I love it it is far better than the states. We are working hard building our businesses and lives here, but we are working for ourselves at least. I’m really glad that you guys are building a school that is amazing. I thought about starting a small one myself but I’m not sure of the regulations and time to do it is not really on my side. I came across this video and will definitely subscribe. I look forward to, watching your videos and seeing you guys make it here. I am so happy for you. Thank you for sharing your journey. It’s very important.
Me and my Ghanain wife also building 2 apartments building one in Aburi and McCarty hill. 18 apartments units in Aburi, 22 in ACCRA, McCarthy Hill and we are not regretted. Thank you so much for sharing
I KNOW Mccarthy Hill very well, there's a hospital popularly know as "AKAW3' on the junction just by the main road.. There are tertiary institutions in that area but just a hand full of apartments for the students to rent so hey man. It's an investment you would never regret in future. My name is Koby in Ireland 🙂
Who designed this? And who built it? Efo? Structurally sound and spread out. Beautiful artwork. The finishing must be done well to elicit the beauty of this project. Congrat!
Congratulations on your build! It’s a big house. The night club will generate income towards you and your family financial independence . It’s beautiful ❤
Congratulations and this mansion is too big for one-way staircase, you need another staircase at the other end of the mansion for fire safety. This is a huge celebrity mansion
Do u know their financial situation for u to give them that kind of advice. Maybe they already have multiple sources of income. Ghanaians always think they can tell u what to do
Ghanaians are so hungry everything has to generate money for them smh. Like don't y'all have jobs like everyone else? And if you have jobs, aren't you saving anything towards the future? Everybody thinks they have to build apartments so they don't have to work for the rest of their lives (lazy mindset) 🤦🏾♀️. If we're all building apartments, who'll rent? Y'all don't do deep and critical thinking, everybody jumps on the same bandwagon, no creativity.
Congrats. Real Estate in Africa is the way out. Build good houses and than block of apartaments of 1 bedroom, near the banks and universities in Africa, one you do that and get yourself some hectares of land to farm, the sky is the limit in Africa. We don't have headache with mortgage etc. Just build good houses and apartaments at strategic locations, manage them and retire enjoying your income.

THIS TYPE OF BUILDING WILL NOT HELP YOU TO RELOCATE, MAKE IT A HOTEL OR APARTMENTS TO GENERATE INCOME BEFORE YOU CAN SURVIVE IN GHANA. I'M A GHANAIAN
Do u know their financial situation for u to give them that kind of advice. Maybe they already have multiple sources of income. Ghanaians always think they can tell u what to do

Hi lHappy 😂 Couple what Part of Ghana Are You building At Blessing😊
Hmmm 🤔 the way you people praising Ghana, Ghanaians don't know what they have till they lose it.
Your building spaces are to small, not really impressive ,,,needs to be more roomy, see how your big man is struggling to walk in between the gangway
