part 4 was technically the best due to how it was pulled off, yes part 3 was great but most of the stands made no sense with their stats and the world was hyped a lot to be this amazing undefeatable stand but it turned out our mc Jotaro just needed a power boost but with part 4 Josuke needed no new power he literally just used his abilities to the maximum and the art of btd was just PEAK jojo with the only one capable to beat btd was the one who had it set on them which was no stand user meaning that person had to literally think of everything and even payed attention to josuke's oversleeping that day.
Interesting fact: In 2015 part 3 ends, and 4 get anounced. And this can explain why Jotaro and Josuke had a anime colors in this game. Also, in the beggining you can hear leitmotifs of Josuke theme from anime.
