In those moments when you're at your lowest, just talking to your uncle or someone you trust can feel like nitro fuel, igniting the last spark of energy you didn’t know you had left. Some people treat trading like a game, believing it gets easier after countless trials, but it’s so much deeper than that.
The bit of advice Tori gave about knowing the strategy you're now learning to trade is the one you want to stick with and you just need to give it time is so relatable. I've been learning for 4.5 years and only this year have I found a way of trading that I know I am going to stick with going forward - joined a mentorship from someone who has done a couple pods on here and its crazy even in a few months under their guidance with a lot of hard work the progress I've been making with reading HTF, predicting Weekly & Daily closes etc, but yea 100% agree with Tori - I'm not profitable yet but I can now see a clear path with a strategy/methodology I really enjoy and want to stick with after strategy hopping a lot.

The most important thing I learned is the importance of hitting the mental reset button; life’s hustle can be overwhelming, but taking time to preserve your mental health is necessary.
I really enjoy your interviews Riz and have gotten a lot of value from them. I do think though after watching/listening to 50+ episodes, too often your questions aren’t open ended, and the way you pose the question, you pretty much already answer it for the interviewee. The 1st biggest lesson I took from this episode is how it’s so important not to compare yourself to other traders and just take inspiration from experienced traders. The lesson I've learned is to surround yourself with the right people, work hard and prioritize quality (high probability setup) over quantity. Patience is obviously a key factor to NEVER forget.

The biggest lesson in to feel good outside of trading, ive been struggling with it for a time now, and i can see that, thats the hardest part to work on for me.
Having good psychology with being able to not compare yourself to other traders and learning to accept mistakes and work on them is definitely important and having a more experienced mentor figure can keep you accountable. Ofc fundamentals are always key along with proper risk management and swing trading definitely sounds more appealing than scalping

It's clear that everyone needs to figure out there own process mentally regarding trading and go on their own mental journey. Once you have a strategy that works and that you are confident about, it's the psychology that will cause you to be successful or not.
That’s my biggest problem not letting trades play out to my full TP….i think as traders we have PTSD of being up big in a trade & holding too long for it to reverse to a loss….now it makes you “see money/green take money”…if your strategy is good it usually goes to your full TP & your like damn I should of held lol. I’m working on it as well as we have to capitalize on winners when we have a great entry

Rizdom come on man, you are better than this. I already exposed this girl. She says she never blew a trading account. She isn't talking about a prop firm account which she blew her TOPSTEP account very quickly and then quit trading prop firm till she got a deal with APEX now she is trying to pass a 50K Apex account and hasn't done it. When she says she hasn't blown an account. She means she hasn't had to close her personal account. You and I know that in a personal Futures account you will always have money in it that covers the cost of the contracts you are trading. When your under the amount that is needed to buy a mini contract in oil CL it is usually $1,000.00 per contract. So when she is under that amount or close to it she just deposits more money to continue to trade. You should have asked her has she ever had to deposit more money in her account since she opened it. If she had to do this that is considered blowing your account in Futures trading. She showed on another podcast with her broker statement that she deposited more money in her account to stay alive. She is a fraud, liar and deceiver.
This video open my eyes. consistency is key. Surround yourself with the right people. Prioritize quality over quantity. Tori is also a great mentor. apply her principles to my trading 👍

It’s funny how losing a trade is less frustrating for me than when I don’t take a trade that I saw and missed out on a huge win or I take the trade and don’t hold it to target and miss out on a huge win. I know I’m going to be wrong sometimes and I’m ok with that because I also know the wins are going to cover the unavoidable losses

The 1st biggest lesson I took from this episode is how it’s so important not to compare yourself to other traders and just take inspiration from experienced traders.

The biggest lesson in to feel good outside of trading, ive been struggling with it for a time now, and i can see that, thats the hardest part to work on for me.
Having good psychology with being able to not compare yourself to other traders and learning to accept mistakes and work on them is definitely important and having a more experienced mentor figure can keep you accountable. Ofc fundamentals are always key along with proper risk management and swing trading definitely sounds more appealing than scalping

That’s my biggest problem not letting trades play out to my full TP….i think as traders we have PTSD of being up big in a trade & holding too long for it to reverse to a loss….now it makes you “see money/green take money”…if your strategy is good it usually goes to your full TP & your like damn I should of held lol. I’m working on it as well as we have to capitalize on winners when we have a great entry

Rizdom come on man, you are better than this. I already exposed this girl. She says she never blew a trading account. She isn't talking about a prop firm account which she blew her TOPSTEP account very quickly and then quit trading prop firm till she got a deal with APEX now she is trying to pass a 50K Apex account and hasn't done it. When she says she hasn't blown an account. She means she hasn't had to close her personal account. You and I know that in a personal Futures account you will always have money in it that covers the cost of the contracts you are trading. When your under the amount that is needed to buy a mini contract in oil CL it is usually $1,000.00 per contract. So when she is under that amount or close to it she just deposits more money to continue to trade. You should have asked her has she ever had to deposit more money in her account since she opened it. If she had to do this that is considered blowing your account in Futures trading. She showed on another podcast with her broker statement that she deposited more money in her account to stay alive. She is a fraud, liar and deceiver.

It’s funny how losing a trade is less frustrating for me than when I don’t take a trade that I saw and missed out on a huge win or I take the trade and don’t hold it to target and miss out on a huge win. I know I’m going to be wrong sometimes and I’m ok with that because I also know the wins are going to cover the unavoidable losses
